Edwina Musante is the founder and CEO/President of Cortina Solutions, LLC.
Edwina completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a major in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She also earned a Masters Certificate in Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH).
Before founding Cortina Solutions, Edwina worked in the engineering field for over 20 years. Her previous employers include Boeing, Teledyne Brown Engineering, and Raytheon. Edwina lived in Kwajalein, Republic of the Marshall Islands, for two years, while supporting the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site (RTS) as a Raytheon employee.
Edwina currently supports several non-profit organizations. She is the Co-Chair of the HUBZone Accelerator, a Project of the Catalyst. She is the Mentorship Co-Chairman for Women in Defense-Tennessee Valley Chapter (WID-TVC) and she is the President of her Homeowners’ Association. She is also an active participant in Workforce Now (WfNow!), a local organization dedicated to hiring and training employees from Huntsville’s underserved areas.
Edwina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
